Acronyms and other abbreviations - Railway / Web Forum

Prepared for the First Great Western Coffeeshop and Save the Train (Swindon - Chippenham - Melksham - Trowbridge - Westbury - Frome / Dilton Marsh - Warminster - Salisbury) by Graham Ellis of Well House Consultants and Well House Manor, with thanks to others who have supplied some of the terms I didn't know!

Acronyms and abbreviations used by rail staff, passengers and campaigners on the web site - a mixture of railway terms and web speak - enough to confuse the newcomer! Please email any corrections or additions to graham@wellho.net
