Surely a bit more imagination could have gone into it rather than being a retread of BR? Hardly indicates an organisation looking to the future. It pretty much proposed itself, based in similar designs used by BR in the past, and several people (not just Lee) have been using it. So it is likely to be on any initial long list of designs. But the application may just be protective, trying to stop potential uses they (NR, GBR etc.) would see as malicious, or even just mischievous or confusing. Have they been registering domains for similar reasons?
