More a case of fianancial stuff.

Annual expenditure will be fixed to an agreed amount, its likely to happen after April when the new financial year comes into effect.

If it was the case of a "oh it's a First Group company" then why is so much already being invested in upgrades?

Stations, HST's, Pacers...

These will have all been pre planned decisions and implemented into there business plan/ balance sheet so cost can be spread to still maximize profit as much as possible...

Please don't talk to me about investing in stations after what they have done to Bath Spa booking hall and the removal of the travel centre. A complete waste of 400K in my opinion better spent elsewhere.

Absolutely,

If I were a First Group shareholder I'd be angry that they were spending my money on things that didn't help their business and which annoyed the customers and staff.
