Title: JourneyCheck emails
Post by: Surrey 455 on February 05, 2024, 19:51:09
I signed up for JourneyCheck emails a long time ago. I submitted the details of my journey and the times I would like emails about disruption. But I get emails all the time for journeys I do not take and on days when I have asked not to receive emails.

My commute is Bookham to Waterloo and I will normally get alerts about problems near Poole, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, well everywhere that SWR go in fact.

Does anyone else get these imprecise emails for SWR or GWR journeys.

What Is JourneyCheck Alerts

JourneyCheck Alerts is a facility which advises you on whether the trains in which you are personally interested are likely to be disrupted.
You can specify when you wish to be alerted and receive update messages if the situation changes (for better or worse).
Email message alerts confirm whether all is well or whether there are any problems.
The service is free.
