Answer as few or as many as you wish ... I'll let this one run for 24 hours before reviewing answers / giving too many clues!

Correctly identified ...

1. Bradford-on-Avon
2. Longleat
3. Midford
5. Oban

4. is again UK, but not South West (sorry - not close to York either).  Th nearby station has a weekend service from March to December only and a weekday service throughout July and August, and on and near other high days and holidays.

No 4, only thing that is coming to mind with the
station and vast amount of various locos e.t.c
rusting in sidings, is Quinton Road "Buckinghamshire
Railway Centre", or whatever it calls itself these
days?

Regards

Karl.

swlines has the right country .... but is still a long way from the place. Come down to near sea level, and find a place with an apostrophe. (I've probably given so much away there that's it's a "railway riddle" to solve with a picture as an extra clue!
