Title: Nice train, shame about the delay
Post by: argg on July 24, 2012, 14:20:19
Adelante used on the 0802 TWF-PAD (0700 from OXF) yesterday.  Didn't travel in today but on another topic I believe this is one of the regular services using the Adelante

Was 12 mins late - will this be a regular delay?

Have to say, compared to the turbos this was a much nicer experience experience (still full and standing by Slough though)

I was earlier than usual at Twyford this morning and spotted 180106 on the 06:11 to Oxford running about 6 minutes late. (The loud squealing brakes brought back memories for me!) I didn't know Twyford was going to be served by them this time, I might try and get the 08:02 sometime.

I was on the 180106 from Oxford this morning (0800 from Goring), as someone kindly decided to cancel the 0739. So 10 minutes late on the first day, and cancelled on the second day. Good start!
