Failed freight train near Bath Spa early this morning. One log entry reads:

Bad news... the train after making a short move has now been declared unfit to move and a wheelskate is required

Due to the location of the train, there is no way a Wheelskate can be attached to the train

The tools the RST have are not powerful enough to remove damaged particles, so the only current option is awaiting a DIY store to open to purchase the tools needed.
