Cancellations to services between Exeter St Davids and Barnstaple

Due to a train fault between Exeter St Davids and Barnstaple the line is blocked.

Impact:
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 mins or revised. An estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed.

It's where the engine becomes defunct for a prolonged period of time, or the brakes refuse to disengage. Or the electrics go awry...

I've been asked to get off a fair few doubled up 143's at St Davids due to one or both units developing a fault in the last month or two.

Here's hoping that cascade happens sooner rather than later, as I think this summer could prove a headache.
