Title: Torbay VR Farewell 30/9-2/10/16 Post by: LiskeardRich on September 18, 2016, 12:31:53 Weekend of 30/9-2/10 rail river link of Torbay are hosting a farewell for their VRs as the December DDA for double deckers means such classic buses are no longer permitted on scheduled services. They have 2 open topped VRs and expect a guest closed top in attendance
