Title: Great Canal Journeys (4OD)
Post by: BerkshireBugsy on March 16, 2015, 08:54:30
I watched this last night. It caught my interest because it covers a part of the world that I know well even though I have never been on the featured stretch of the southern Oxford canal.

If you like your canals this may be worth a good watch but (without ruining it) it can be quite poignant in places

I believe it is a repeat but didn't catch it first time around.

In fact BB this is an all new series and will fill the gap left by Top Gear on Sunday nights very well indeed a much more gentle form of telly.

Part right :) looking at the end credits it was dedicated to a lady who died in 2014 so yes, it can't be that old but this was on 4od and top gear was (or wasn't to be exact) on bbc 2
