* Separately * I would be interested to see if Jo decides to do a 'Tweet the Manager'. Several other operators do this with great success - notably Chiltern's (award winning) social media team. The idea is quite simple you ask a question and add a 'hashtag' to identify it as a question in advance or on the day. A manager tweets back the response.
