The company, which operates bus routes in Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset, has not yet been notified of any planned strike date. The RMT Union said more than two-thirds of its 500 members voted in favour of industrial action. Wilts and Dorset is to continue discussions with trade unions in a bid to minimise disruption to customers. The RMT claims staff are facing enforced changes to shifts, leaving them to work "longer and harder hours for less in return for intolerable pressure". A spokesman for Wilts and Dorset said: "Even if a strike was called, we can assure customers we will be running services and any disruption will be kept to a minimum."
