I think the government should scrap fuel tax on all public transport, aeroplanes excludes, as they are hardly public transport.

Instead I think congestion zones should be installed in many of our cities at certain times of the day to encourage people to use public transport.

Best of all, get investment in New Rolling stock, and start to LOWER train fares.
