As part of plans to modernise the Great Western Mainline, Network Rail will increase the number of tracks between Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway.

I note from the NR website that vegetation clearance is due to start in December. Should be an interesting month what with the Temple Meads mail conveyor due to go at Xmas...
