Title: Web Site Survey
Post by: grahame on November 28, 2014, 01:30:43
Visiting to plan my next trip to Wales ... I took part in the FGW survey.  I never seem to fir their profiles!

15: *How likely are you to make a purchase from First Great Western in the future using a channel other than this website? (phone, mobile app, mobile website)

Odd set of alternative examples;  I plan to purchase in the future using the at-station channel (TVM or staffed office) or on train if joining at unstaffed station ... A little surprised they weren't suggested

19: *How frequently do you visit this site?

This is my first visit

2 or 3 times a week

Once a week

Once every 2 to 3 weeks

Once a month

Once every 2 to 3 months

3 months to 1 year

Less than once a year

None of the above - "most days" ... missing option

22: *Was your visit today related to a business, commuting, or leisure journey?

Business

Commuting

Leisure

Two of the above, so why just offer me one option - don't you want me to be efficient?

27: *Did you find what you were looking for on the site today?

Yes

I wasn't looking for anything in particular

No

Vey cruel of me to answer "no" ... but I couldn't find the train I wanted.  Probably because it doesn't exist ...

We (or rather one of our members - to whom HUGE THANKS is due) have just finished entering the October Survry from TransWilts ... 597 returned surveys ... and I really hope we got the options right.  All questions gone through ahead of time to try to ensure there we no gaps between the options, and no big "left out" holes - but it ain't easy. Tomorrow - or, rather, later today - taking a look at the results!
