Title: Cross Country service hits tree at Cullompton - 29 Mar 15 Post by: bobm on March 29, 2015, 14:22:42 The 10:50 XC service from Paignton to Manchester Piccadilly has been disabled near Tiverton after colliding with a tree.
FGW are diverting some of their West of England services via Honiton and thus missing out calls at Tiverton Parkway and Taunton. No reported injuries but the XC train has been stranded for over two and a half hours so far. Believe they had to get staff out to remove the lifeguard before they could move the train.
