Over 20,000 railwaymen lost their lives in the First World War. Using information from our own collection and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, we have created a list containing the names of these men, as well as details about their civilian and military lives.

We are currently carrying out more research into the people listed, and are posting updates on our blog when new information is added or interesting new stories emerge.
