That must have been a frustrating experience for the passengers being held for an hour in the middle of the night with no doubt at least some fellow travellers somewhat the worse for a good night out.  I can only imagine the conversations in that train before it moved forward and I guess the language was somewhat ripe at the point they thought that they were finally to be released to find their hopes literally derailed
