Lots of "cancelled throughout due to unknown cause related to a freight operating company (FZ)."
Lots of people milling around at interconnecting stations waiting for transport

Rail passengers are faced severe delays on the trains on Saturday morning after a broken down freight train at Mortimer.
The incident took place at around 10.30am on Saturday, October 22.

This affected those using Cross Country between Southampton Central / Bournemouth and Manchester Piccadilly / Newcastle, and Great Western Railway between Basingstoke and Reading .
Trains were amended, cancelled or delayed by up to 80 minutes.
As a result, replacement road transport was requested.

The disruption lasted until 1pm.
