Title: Extra service to London
Post by: johnneyw on November 19, 2016, 21:54:38
Some time back, more than a year ago, it was announced that there would be a trial of a service to/from London that included stops at Bedminster and/or Parson Street. Since then I've heard nothing more. Has anyone heard more about the results in terms of passenger take up of this service?

I don't recall this, and am not aware of any such service having started.  Maybe the statement was more of an aspirational one?

Thanks John R. Checking back it looks like it was the early morning service from Taunton to Temple Meads that, from summer 2014, stopped at Bedminster and Parson Street to connect with the 6.50 from TM to London.  Clearly not quite the same sort of thing.
