Disruption is expected until 19:30 05/06. Customer Advice South West Trains are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Great Western Railway rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys. South West Trains is accepting GWR via any reasonable route. I can see the logic (I think) What if you are waiting at Exeter for that 16:03 London train, and now it is going to be very late. Post by: bobm on June 05, 2017, 22:43:27 1A89 looks like the offending train, losing around 100 minutes between st Germans and Plymouth. 1C82 - the 12:05 London Paddington to Penzance - was the one that actually hit the tree. 1A89 - the 13:03 from Penzance to London Paddington - was held at Saltash while the tree was removed and arrived into Plymouth 140 minutes late. (It was already half an hour late before it got to Saltash due to problems in Cornwall.)
