Title: The 16:42 to Cheltenham Spa.. Post by: t0m on July 03, 2017, 14:59:04 In this 2015 briefing note on the GWR franchise (http://www.avocetline.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/October-2015-GWR-Franchise-Update-MK3.pdf). Unless I am reading it incorrectly, I think it says that there was due to be a new direct service introduced in May 2017 from Paddington to Cheltenham Spa - the 16:42 (see page 6).
