Title: New local carriages
Post by: simonw on September 27, 2017, 17:22:12
Tonight on the 16:25 Bristol Temple Means to Bristol Parkway we had the pleasure of some odd carriages with the London Midland maquette.

Does this signify that GWR are getting any stock they can, quickly, or is this part of a larger plan on schedule?

153325, I suspect.   One of two single carriage units transferred a few years back, in such a hurry that they had London Midland colours on the outside too.

London Midland are becoming an Abellio franchise soon, And they're probably replacing their three remaining class 150 units with something else, so we may see more of these.
