"We are able to accommodate one representative per stakeholder member organisation at the AGM". Note this is not the general public meeting.

Should you have been to the meeting(s) but not be a formal member, please let me or the secretary know (the board is very happy to admit new members - it may be that we can only do so at the board meeting earlier that day though, as that's our next meeting).
