The cause apparently: The crew did not sufficiently check the departure time and performed the departure operation 20 seconds early. Action: We taught the crew so that the basic actions to prevent recurrence are thoroughly carried out. Best bit is: "Please note that there are no customer complaints in this matter." Post by: rogerw on November 16, 2017, 17:42:57 South west trains did this on a very regular basis as the door closing sequence rarely took more than 10 secs of the 30 secs allowed.
