Does look good, doesn't it. Passengers photographed not thrilled to be using those buses which were running as rail replacement for that train though! Is 3 the now closed Tiverton junction ? replaced by Tiverton parkway. Sorry - it isn't (hint, Holiday thread ... no Taunton or neighbouring stations ;D ) 2. Huddersfield. 7 = Shawfair. The modern(er) railway seems to be characterised by long and stark ramps. Holds hand up in admission. Been on holiday to the Birmingham Canal Navigations - including canals up to the Walsall area. 3: Inverness-ish? Not sure how to answer that, or how "ish" would be defined. We did the BCN Challenge (https://bcnsociety.com/about/marathon-challenge/) a couple of years ago including the Perry Barr Flight. The Tame Valley is actually a surprisingly beautiful canal, but possibly the least boated on the BCN, and that's saying something! (But basset44 has definitely got it - slightly annoyed I didn't spot that myself as I've passed through Ludlow a hundred times...) Title: Re: Holiday! I cant remember Wick station itself apart from its overall roof, the loco release and run-round loop and the overgrown sidings on the south side of the station. One station on that line which I can definitely say its not is Dunrobin Castle as the photo shows the station depicted to have, or maybe had, a power supply.

Indeed it is Gerogemas Junction - photo taken in to the old ticket hall / waiting room holding my phone at the least dirty point in the glass. This is a redundant station building. Does not look like the sort of thing to easily be relocated, but would make an excellent holiday let / home ... great for someone who likes rail. But I expect there are far too many places around ...
