Title: Crewe to Cardiff 24/08 at 15.08
Post by: basset44 on August 24, 2018, 15:50:34
Hi All ,
A cosy journey thanks to a 2 carriage train. About 20 people in the middle standing including me.
An America couple bailed at Shrewsbury they had tick to go from Hereford to Oxford. She was quite elderly. Great impression they are having.

Are you suggesting thats a rare, UK only, experience.  I've been on trains in USA and Canada, double deck ones at that, that have been crammed to fill every spare space (including the stairs).  Try that.
