Quote The Passenger Demand Forecasting Council (PDFC) brings together all of the train operating companies, Network Rail, Department for Transport, Transport Scotland, the Office of Rail Regulation, Transport for London, the Urban Transport Group, RSSB, HS1, HS2, Transport for the North, and Welsh Government. Attendance of quarterly Council meetings where results of recent rail demand forecasting research and other relevant research are presented. The meetings also enable Associates to network with a wide range of industry representatives. Alas, for a community group the annual price is way outside our leagues ... although I note that no price is quoted for an organisation with less than one full time employee.
