Title: [Merged] - Campaign for New Homes - 10th October 2018, Oxford
Post by: grahame on October 25, 2018, 04:32:32
The thread "Campaign for New Homes" which I started a few weeks back (should have been "Transport for New Homes") has been moved and merged with another thread - now at http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=20282.0 . Sorry about the confusion.

The location and design of new housing, and the provision of public transport to, from and therein (walking and cycling routes too) and the provison of informations thereon, is something which effects that housing and the wider area too for generations.   Sadly, the planning system doesn't really make for well rounded decisions and public input is limited, in part due to most of us finding it very difficult to look a long way ahead or having the time and stamina to do so.

Going to lock this to avoid re-starting a double thread, but welcome follow ups at the new place (http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=20282.0)
