Title: How busy is Sunday compared to a weekday?
Post by: grahame on February 18, 2019, 17:04:03
I came across data sets for underground station passenger numbers via https://www.powwownow.co.uk/smarter-working/londons-most-stressful-tube-stations and have been ( I admit it) playing about with the base data ... finding out which stations were proportionately less (or more) busy on a Sunday.    Little surprise that the City of London is dead on a Sunday, with the West End much busier - in fact as there's probably a sparser tube service on a Sunday, I suspect that the passengers per train at places like Hyde Park Corner is probably higher on a Sunday than on a weekday.

Much much more in the data sets ... and there are sheets going back a number of years ... real goldmine if it's your sort of gold!
