19:03 London Paddington to Penzance due 01:29 has been cancelled.
This is due to urgent repairs to a tunnel.

Which tunnel might this be?

...mmm.  Well its just left Newton Abbot on time heading West so the problem, if there is one, must be West of Totnes...

23:45 London Paddington to Penzance due 07:55
An additional train service has been planned to operate as shown 23:45 London Paddington to Penzance due 07:55.

Logic would suggest that one of the Devon tunnels (e.g. the second bore at Marley had to close before the last train went through .. east of Plymouth so the train can't bunk down at Laira, and it's going through early in the morning once services have started to pick up a Penzance duty.  Educated guess.

From reading things elsewhere it would seem that a number of errors have crept into the train planning system concerning whats running and what isn't during the two tunnel blockades.  In RTT there is a duplicate to 1C94 as 1C99 which is normally the Down sleeper headcode and is still scheduled to leave at its normal time of 2345, so it looks like confusion in the automatic systems somewhere..... ::)

Edit to add: And 1C94 has left Totnes on time so if there is a problem its not Marley tunnel.

1C94 arrived right time (0129) at Penzance so suspect it was just a planning issue.
