Post by: grahame on February 25, 2019, 21:28:49
From the House of Commons Library (https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/economy-business/transport/how-accessible-are-britains-railway-stations/) - How accessible are Britain's Railways.  Long report - worth a read. Attachment are some of the tables from the report.

Might be an unfair comment on the evidence of your two screen shots. Take Hampshire best in some worst in others. Does that suggest that NR/ROC are not taking a "whole station" view and just doing bits and pieces. Is it better to tick all the boxes, or just do some?
