Title: Short or long swing links?
Post by: grahame on March 06, 2019, 11:09:36
Are the remaining HSTs fitted with long swing link or short swing link bogies?  What about the Castle Class trains GW01/02/03?

I know you can't always rely on the coach ends - but GW01 would appear to have at least one SSL.

I would have thought that a Castle Class HST would be ideal for the Summer extra Bristol to Weymouth. Was that why you were asking Graham?
