Here in Brittany we have a similar scheme that gives 75% off rail travel. This gives 50% off walk up standard class day rail fares and season tickets valid for up to 3 months.

Tell job coach you’ve been offered an interview but can’t afford to get there, they can issue a warrant for travel between where you live and where the interview is. I believe it is valid intermodal too. Plymouth citybus posted recently to show them proof of interview and current unemployment for a free return.
