Title: End of Railborne Cornish China Clay Traffic Post by: SandTEngineer on March 22, 2019, 21:13:28 Rumours circulating elsewhere that railborne China Clay traffic has ended in Cornwall and that the last two empty wagons went from Fowey docks today (22/03/2019). A very sad day if thats true and what now for the Fowey branch.
Title: Re: End of Railborne Cornish China Clay Traffic Post by: SandTEngineer on March 23, 2019, 22:17:15 False alarm. Apparently the loaders/unloaders at Rocks Drys and Carne Point have been out of action and under repair. Traffic restarts next Wednesday (27/03/2019).
