Just below the Bristol Bath cycle path on the Filton Bank junction with the now disused branch line running towards The Dings just before Lawrence Hill Station?

Before the line was severed at the junction the stub was used by Network Rail to stable on-track plant. And before that the stub gave access to the Waste Transfer siding behind St Phillips Recycling Centre. From there the 'Avon Binliner' trains ran to the landfill site at Calvert in Buckinghamshite. The last Avon Binliner ran on 1st April 2011. Title: Re: Where was Red Squirrel?
