Emergency services are dealing with an incident at a level crossing in Hayle.

A spokesperson from Devon and Cornwall Police has confirmed that a car has collided with a barrier.
The force spokesperson said emergency services were called to Gwinear Road at about 9am. Officers are working with Network Rail and requested that trains were stopped.

The spokesperson added that the car ended up between the two barriers but was not on the train tracks.
