Post by: grahame on June 03, 2019, 07:13:23 I suspect an internal message from which parts were cut and pasted ... ah, the fun of information systems that have to be fed quickly during a developing incident but then can be analysed to the "nth" degree later. "Us" and "them" perhaps TfL and GWR?? Or even Tfl Rail and TfL underground!
