Questions abound - not only Melksham but odd spaces at places like Avoncliff and other of the really small stations peppered across the South West - where there's a parking space or two and no charge, what's the situation. Reading the sign, I'm now made aware I may be charged £100 by APCOA if I park over a line ... previously, I was unaware I had a contract with them ... did I?
