Although David has been posting in public on Facebook over recent days, I am moving this thread to a board readable only by our regular members. I have passed on the best wishes of forum members. As a member of various transport boards, etc, he has submitted papers that will be read on his behalf at some upcoming meetings and has asked me (on the phone a few minutes ago) to make people aware that it might look like he's in two places at once. I have passed on my and our best wishes.
