Title: Not much left

Unsure quite where to post this, lifted from RTT:
Quote
2O80 1733½ Westbury to Yeovil Pen Mill
his service is partially cancelled

This service was cancelled between Great Malvern and Westbury due to late arrival of an inbound service (YI).

Is this a candidate for shortest part-cancelled train?

No.   I recall a Brighton to Great Malvern train that got as far as Hove.
