Title: GWR Booking Horizons
Post by: theCake on March 04, 2020, 08:54:21
I have been booking my weekly midday commute 08:01 Bristol Parkway to Paddington up to 6 months in advance.

The booking horizons seems to have shrunk from 6 months to 10 weeks.

In fact it is still shrinking.

Anybody have any ideas of what GWR are up to ?

GWR's current booking horizon is the May timetable change, which is now "only" ten weeks away. Information on this is provided for all TOCs on the National Rail site (https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/ticket_types/44703.aspx) - but they label it as about buying  "advance tickets", and the obvious ambiguity of that term doesn't help you help to find it.
