Lots of planes parked up an the moment due to the pandemic ... quick reminder that it's not the first time lots of planes have been parked up ... I give you ...

What immediately strikes me is that pilots are much neater parkers than most drivers.  :D

Gosh I did'nt realise the Lockheed TriStar was still in service or is that Hawker Siddeley Tridents parked up above.   ;D

Correct - my original comment gives the clue - "not the first time lots of planes have been parked up" ...

They're pretty good at that. Until someone on the top storey tries to land.

The last one is of brand new Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 Max-8's, which were parked for other reasons a good while before the current situation.

The one of the four ex-Flybe Q400's is Southampton, where they have now been parked for a month.

I certainly miss the sound of the early SOU-EDI flights that gently woke me from slumbers at OMG o'clock. Flybe were about the only service that audibly overflew chez Oxonhutch
