Cannot access westbury from Trowbridge end so had to go on a loop round down to frome and back into westbury what amazing value for money this is lol plus compensation to come back as well

On time at Swindon, Chippenham and Melksham
34 minutes late at Trowbridge

It has been delayed between Pewsey and Frome and is now 11 minutes late.
This is due to a points failure.

Seven sets of points failed apparently.

Also blanket 50mph speed limit west of Exeter until lunchtime.

Seems to be problems around Feniton as 1L26 (0641 Exeter St Davids to Basingstoke) seems to have been stationary for a while now (there for 45 minutes) but now on the move.
Perhaps adding to case for improvements to the line between Central and Yeovil.

This is the pointwork that was renewed over the long Christmas stoppage a year or two back, right?  For sure things go wrong, but how long should a fix to modern equipment take?
