From a cycling point of view the only thing that Windsor is famous for is 10m long cycle lanes. Use of a public space protection order is normally a sign that they are handing a nice little earner to some private enforcement company, although that is not obvious from this report. Maidenehad is different matter I've seen a number of near misses. But you’d never know. In Swindon it's not unknown for individuals to be doing several of those activities simultaneously!
