Does a Transport for London partnership with an alcohol producer seems to be a mixed message from an organisation that bans the consumption of alcohol on its services?

Those were the days. A wine bar on the platform at Sloane Square, pub bar at Liverpool Street platform. Two bars at 55 Broadway for the staff.
