A yellow weather warning for wind has been issued for much of the GWR area, and an amber warning for the far West.
I do not normally take that much notice of yellow warnings, but an amber warning portends more serious conditions.

I live near Windy Corner which is high on the ridge between the River Dart and the sea and it has been a bit of a damp squib. Fence still standing, not much rain.

Just the usual Cornish wind!
Not really much of a blow.  A few smaller tents blown out, but they would be the ones with a lower wind limit anyway.
......Nothing to see here....

Wet and windy here, but not exceptional.
Friends in a very exposed area near Exmoor report trees down, and "hen house destroyed" no hens were harmed as they had all vanished in a previous storm.

Local beef farmer reports some minor damage but nothing serious.
