GO-OP Learn is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to be one of the first employees of GO-OP Learn, able to clarify its strategy and objectives and form the partnerships and processes needed to access charitable funding, loan finance and equity investment in the form of community shares (a pioneer share offer is imminent).

I guess "highly motivated" is certainly one of the many qualities that the successful candidate will need in order to be able to "clarify the strategy and objectives" of Go-op..
