Maybe they will use May 17th as an example of a typical day of passenger flows between Cardiff and London. It wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Or 4th June. Virtually every week, there is a disaster day on this route for one reason, or another

Interesting that BBC Wales are able to put together a 30 minute programme on the state of of this route, but BBC West has not shown much interest.

Probably because BBC west usually dedicate over half their programme to 'cute' type stories or some dull 'news' magazine...

Fairly superficial - typical mainstream "BBC1" stuff.  But reasonably accurate, which is not surprising given it was Christian Wolmar. I wonder whether he will be excessed for buying a standard class ticket, but after Reading the rest of the journey appeared to be in First Class?

Not really much to do with Wales - I would suggest West of England viewers would have found the program just as interesting.

I agree. However it was still well worth watching IMO. It was also nice to see them mention other services apart from the London to Cardiff e.g. CDF-PMH.
