Due to an unexpected incident, Network Rail has reported the Signal Box at Abercynon will be closed until 1800hrs on Saturday 11th September 2021. Merthyr Tydfil services will start at Pontypridd & terminate at Pontypridd. Road Transport has been requested to act as a shuttle to run between Pontypridd & Merthyr Tydfil.
